Jeff Jagodzinski is a former American football coach who most recently served as the head coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFL. He was born on February 14, 1963 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Jagodzinski has had a long and successful coaching career, starting as an assistant coach at various colleges before becoming the offensive coordinator for the Green Bay Packers in 2006. He then became the head coach at Boston College in 2007, leading the team to consecutive ACC Championship game appearances in his two seasons there.
However, Jagodzinski was fired from Boston College for interviewing for the head coaching position with the New York Jets while still under contract. He then went on to serve as the offensive coordinator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before being promoted to head coach for the 2009 season.
Unfortunately, Jagodzinski was fired after just one season with the Buccaneers due to a lack of success on the field and reported conflicts with team management. Since then, he has not held any coaching positions in the NFL or college football.
